Whistleblower Protection
- We strictly protect the identity of reporters and the details of reports, and we do our utmost to prevent any disadvantage or discrimination caused by reporting. Reporter information is managed under strict procedures, and information identified during the process is securely protected from external exposure.
- Submitted reports will be reviewed, investigated, and handled promptly and fairly according to relevant standards and procedures. We will reply as quickly as possible, though processing time may vary depending on the nature of the report and the scope of fact-checking, and additional verification may be required.
- Please write reports specifically and factually according to the five Ws and one H. Clearer details allow more accurate and faster review. Reports that are unclear, difficult to verify, or lack sufficient basis may be excluded from investigation or limited in processing.
